On Campus Workshops and Presentations

Give interested students an insight into the inspiring everyday life of your employees during your lecture or workshop. The lecture or workshop lasts a maximum of 100 minutes.

All presentations/workshops take place in the KOL and KO2 buildings whenever possible. The room allocated to you can be found in the event announcement in the program from 26 Feb. 2025.

Technology / materials in the lecture hall

Existing technology/infrastructure in the lecture or seminar room:

  • From summer 2024, pre-installed Macs will no longer be available. Please bring your own laptop, incl. adapter and pointer if needed.
  • Screen and projector available, as well as WLAN (guest access)
  • Additional infrastructure (e.g. flipcharts) can be ordered from Valentina Liebermann by February 10, 2025.

A presentation case cannot be provided.

You may bring your roll-up and giveaways/flyers. Please also take the roll-up certificate with you. Please note that the material including leftover goodies and waste and boxes cannot be left in the room.

We will provide water (0.5 l PET) for the speakers in the seminar room.

A person from UZH Career Services will supervise you during the workshop/presentation. Please be there about 20 minutes beforehand to set up accordingly.

 

Announcement of the workshop/presentation

You are responsible for the announcement and the examination of the registered students. Be creative when describing the content and selecting images.
