Career Fair on 19 March 2025

JobHub fair in the atrium

The fair will take place in the UZH Atrium(main building) on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Employer booth (10m2 in size)

For fire safety reasons, no company stands will be permitted. Please refer to the booth fact sheet. UZH will be providing the horizontal partition walls and the 2 high tables (metal cubes).

You are responsible for ordering your poster and/or roll-up in good time. The cost of production is not included in the stand price.

Bar table

Please refer to the fact sheet for the bar table.

You are responsible for ordering your roll-up in good time. The price of production is not included in the stand price.

Stand plan

The stand plan will be announced approx. 2 weeks before the fair. We take into account a good distribution of larger and smaller companies and sectors.

Setting up of the booth on the career fair day

Set-up from 10:00 am. Dismantling from the end of the fair (approx. 16:30) until 18:00 at the latest.

Security

On the day of the fair we will have 3 people from Securitas on site, who will patrol the atrium and the gallery above the atrium. Please do not hesitate to approach the Securitas staff if you notice anything suspicious.

Your trade fair appearance - Please note

  • Please note the two fact sheets for the exhibition booth and bar table regarding permitted and non-permitted materials at your booth or bar table.
  • The materials you bring with you (including waste and cardboard boxes) must be removed from the atrium after the trade fair. Any disposal will be invoiced.
  • Power for PC, tablet, cell phone: will be provided.
  • Storage space (for goodies, giveaways) will be provided.
  • The material cannot be sent in advance.
  • We recommend the following number of people per stand: 4 people (alternating). So far, people from the following areas have proven themselves as stand personnel: Young Professional, HR and Line (potential team members or supervisors).
  • The number of visitors depends on the attractiveness and familiarity of your company.
  • Name badges: We ask you to bring your own company-specific name badges.
