The fair will take place in the UZH Atrium(main building) on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
For fire safety reasons, no company stands will be permitted. Please refer to the booth fact sheet. UZH will be providing the horizontal partition walls and the 2 high tables (metal cubes).
You are responsible for ordering your poster and/or roll-up in good time. The cost of production is not included in the stand price.

The stand plan will be announced approx. 2 weeks before the fair. We take into account a good distribution of larger and smaller companies and sectors.
Set-up from 10:00 am. Dismantling from the end of the fair (approx. 16:30) until 18:00 at the latest.
On the day of the fair we will have 3 people from Securitas on site, who will patrol the atrium and the gallery above the atrium. Please do not hesitate to approach the Securitas staff if you notice anything suspicious.
