If you need certain materials (flipchart, pens, moderation cards), please report this to Camilla Testere by October 2nd, 2026.
Please bring your own laptop, as there are no PCs available in the UZH rooms.
Each room is equipped as listed below:
- Projector and screen
- HDMI connection: If your laptop that does not have an HDMI connection, please take an appropriate adapter with you, as these are not available in the rooms and cannot be provided by us.
- Power connection for laptop etc.
- Hand microphone and headset microphone
- Loudspeaker
We recommend that you
- bring an adapter suitable for your device if your device does not have an HDMI interface,
- bring your charger to guarantee the power supply to your device.
Important to know:
- Presenter/laser pointer will not be provided.
