You choose the title and description of the format as well as the image yourself and send this by email to Julia Michael by 05.09.2025 at the latest. There is no maximum number of characters. However, please remember that very long texts are generally not read.
We would also like to draw your attention to the following:
- format of image: 1110x300 px
- The title and the event language should be consistent so that students can choose according to their language skills.
- Be creative in the description of the content and in the choice of images.
- If possible, also send an employee who is close to the students' level of experience and who can tell them about their own entry into your company.
The following tips may also be helpful for the wording:
- 1-2 sentences about you as an employer (what do you stand for/what values do you represent/which students would you like to address exactly?)
- Brief description of the content of the presentation (what will you be talking about?)
- If possible, formulate a call to action (e.g.: “Students who are interested in ... and would like to ... are cordially invited. We look forward to getting to know you.”)
- State the names and positions of the participants (it is often particularly tangible for the students if juniors are also present who can talk about their own entry/their tasks/the team etc.).
