Networking with students on talentefinder
During LNoC 2024, you will be visible on the “talentefinder” app. The web-based app works like a dating app and connects employers and students. Please register your company under the following link:

If you already have an account for your company, you do not need to register again, but can simply log in again via the link. Registration for students will be activated from October 24, 2024 and your profile should be as complete as possible by then.

Preparation by 23.10
- Present yourself as an attractive employer via the company profile.
- Upload vacant job advertisements to the event-related job wall to make it more concrete for the talents.
- Invite other team members to match together.
- Activate matching, only then will your profile be visible.
Matching Phase
- If you are evaluating and recruiting together, coordinate with each other. Use the “Skip profile” button if a talent could be of interest to a colleague.
- Remember: All decisions you make are irrevocable.
- Create a matching schedule: Use the app regularly before the event takes place and set up conversations via “Arrange Meeting.” Use talentefinder to prepare and not just on the days of the event.
- Enter into an exchange with the talents and do not only refer them to websites or events.
- Use the Super-Like and actively approach talents that you particularly like to ensure that the talent notices your interest.
- Check the app from time to time, new talents can be added to the platform every day.
You can use talentefinder according to your needs and capacities. You can hold meetings with students directly via the talentfinder platform.
