Irchel Fair in the atrium

The fair will take place in the UZH Lichthof (Campus Irchel, Building Y24) on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Employer booth (approx. 10m2 in size)

For fire safety reasons, no company stands will be permitted. The partition walls will be provided by UZH, as will the table. You are responsible for ordering your poster and/or roll-up in good time. The cost of production is not included in the stand price.

Stand plan

The stand plan will be announced approx. 2 weeks before the fair.
We take into account a good distribution of larger and smaller companies and industry affiliation.

Setting up the booth on the day of the fair

Set-up from 10:00 am. Dismantling from the end of the fair (approx. 3 p.m.) until 3:30 p.m. at the latest.

Security

On the day of the fair we will have Securitas on site, who will patrol the atrium and the gallery above the atrium. Please do not hesitate to approach the Securitas personnel if you notice anything suspicious.

Emergency number

You will be given the number approx. 2 weeks before the fair. Please leave a message and I will get back to you.

Your trade fair appearance - Please note

• Please note the fact sheets regarding permitted and non-permitted materials on your stand.
• The materials you bring with you (including waste and cardboard boxes) must be removed from the atrium after the trade fair. Any disposal will be invoiced.
• Power for PC, tablet, cell phone: will be provided.
• Storage space (for goodies, giveaways) will be provided.
• The material cannot be sent in advance.
• We recommend the following number of people per stand: 4 people (alternating). So far, people from the following areas have proven themselves as stand personnel: Young Professional, HR and Line (potential team members or supervisors).
• The number of visitors depends on the attractiveness and familiarity of your company.
• Name badges: We ask you to bring your own company-specific name badges.
