ROLDA (Romanian League in Defense of Animals) is an international charity dedicated to protecting animals living in some of the world’s most challenging circumstances.

From rescuing abandoned dogs and cats to delivering emergency aid for animals caught in armed conflicts, natural disasters and humanitarian crises, ROLDA works alongside local rescuers and communities in countries including Ukraine, Romania, Morocco, Dubai, Turkey and Palestine to provide hope where it is needed most.

Beyond emergency rescue, we are committed to long-term solutions through sterilisation programmes, veterinary care, education, disaster preparedness and community support. As our global network continues to grow, particularly through ROLDA Switzerland, we are building a passionate volunteer community to help expand our impact.
