Compensation Governance Services (cgse) is an independent consulting firm established in Zug, advising Swiss and multinational companies in Switzerland.

We are compensation experts, and we focus on executive compensation. That said, our customers often have broader needs and do not always have sufficient in-house resources. To meet these needs, we offer a range of services, from consulting to implementation; these include the preparation for the shareholder vote on remuneration motions (say-on-pay), advisory on compensation strategy, pay-for-performance concept and compensation structure including pay transparency, and implementation of their programs along with knowledge transfer.
